Live arrival is guaranteed on all shipments with the following conditions:

1. Air cargo shipments must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival. 

2. The live arrival guarantee is void if there is a delay or mishandling of the shipment by FedEx or Air Cargo.

3. On any FedEx shipments, you must accept the delivery of the shipment on the first delivery attempt made by FedEx otherwise the live arrival guarantee is void.

4. Although all shipments are packed with ice or heat packs as necessary, there is no guarantee of live arrival on any shipment that transits a location during shipping or to your final delivery destination with a temperature below 30 degrees Fahrenheit or above 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
